The information offered on this site, in one on one sessions, on the podcast and any other materials provided by Glory Miranda are for Educational Purpose Only: You understand that this is a partnership designed to help you achieve personal and professional goals. It does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders or medical conditions. Not Medical or Mental Health Therapy: Glory Miranda is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or psychiatrist. This is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, or legal/financial counseling. You are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as well as for any choices, actions, or results arising from the work we do together.

2. Payments, Billing, & Subscriptions Payment Authorization: By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your credit card, debit card, or third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) for the agreed-upon amount.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy No Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of coaching and immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for partial use of services or change of mind. Rescheduling Sessions: If you need to reschedule a one on one session, you must provide at least [e.g., 24 hours] notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of that session without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property Our Content: All materials provided to you (including worksheets, videos, PDFs, templates, and audio recordings) are the intellectual property of Glory Miranda. Limited License: You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license to use these materials for your personal development. You may not copy, resell, share, modify, or distribute our materials to any third party.

5. Confidentiality & Group Dynamics: We respect your privacy and will keep all coaching conversations strictly confidential, except as required by law (e.g., intent to harm yourself or others). Group Programs: If you participate in a group programs, you agree to keep the identities and personal shares of other participants strictly confidential. Glory Miranda cannot control or guarantee the confidentiality of information shared by other participants in public or group forums.

6. Limitation of Liability & Guarantees No Guarantees of Results: While we are dedicated to supporting your growth, we make no guarantees, warranties, or representations regarding the specific outcomes, financial gains, or lifestyle changes you will experience. Your success depends entirely on your own effort, dedication, and implementation. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glory Miranda will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services or information provided on the Website.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
